Our Peanut Plant recertifies the BRCGS Standard V08
Recently, the BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards) recertification audit was achieved. This recertification was carried out by qualified SGS auditors under “Blend Modality”.
The recertification consisted of two segments:
- Review of the Management System Documentation – Modality: virtual.
- Visit the plant to audit facilities, processes, workforces and records – Modality: Presential.
After intense days of working, a first-rate audit was achieved, with no non-conformities. This result, suggest that the Peanut Plant continues with the highest level of certification: Grade AA.
This perform fulfil us with satisfaction and pride and is the consequence of the Company’s commitment to ensure safe and quality products under legal requirements.
We are happy for this achievement after 12 years of uninterrupted certification. We keep on the path of continuous improvement with the commitment and enthusiasm from day one.
What is the BRCGS Standard?
The BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety is one of the most widely used operational tools for due diligence (ability to demonstrate that reasonable measures have been taken to avoid an incident or damage) and to select suppliers in the agri-food industry.
Considered an essential requirement to operate in the sector, this BRCGS standard demonstrates the company’s commitment to continuous improvement in food safety, quality, authenticity and legality in the agri-food sector.
