| Wheat Milling Process |

The result come out from the combination of selected raw material, the use of the latest and the most advanced milling technology and the highly qualified and trained workers.
In this way we guarantee the high quality of our flours, ensuring the best flour to produce the noblest food: the bread.
The Milling process consists of the following stages:

Reception and Storage
We analyze the baking quality of the wheat and according to the results we segregate the raw material in different storages specially designed to maintain unalterable the quality of the raw material. |

Mixture
Blend different segregated qualities of wheat to obtain a long term quality of the final product. |

Cleaning
Grains are cleaned in different stages in order to remove impurities minimizing physical and microbial contamination |

Wet
The clean wheat is wetted for 36 hours to facilitate the separation of the endosperm from the bran. |

Milling
Grains´ grind in successive stages, getting their gradual reduction to extract flour and semolina.

Sifting
The milled wheat is sifting in order to be classified by size and it is purified through machinery especially designed for that purpose.

Storage
0000 and 000 flours are stored in steel bins, while the bran is pre-compressed into pellets for bulk storage. |
|

Packaging
It is performed through a high-tech system in bags of 10- 25 - 50 kilos and big bags.
We can also load flour in bulk.
