In 2005 our company certifies its quality system according to the IRAM 14.102:2001 - Good Manufacturing Practices in Food Industries, with the Certificate Registration No. DC / Qab G-004 / 1 issued by the Argentine Institute of Standardization and Certification. (IRAM) The scope of the system includes reception of raw material, conditioning, milling, packaging and delivery of the different flours. Good Manufacturing Practices are a number of procedures applied on all the process operations, creating the conditions for the production of safe and healthy food. All these practices are written in a manual that includes general procedures, specific plans for cleaning and disinfection (POES), work instructions, audits and records, which help to systematize the working methods and controls to keep the process and quality standardized throughout the year. Besides the certification of international quality standards, the mill has a modern laboratory where different products are analyzed. Every production stage is checked and baking tests are carried out, allowing us to give reliable and accurate information about our products to the customers.
