More than 75 years doing business, the company is divided into four divisions.

Flour Mill We produce wheat flours to the domestic market and byproducts (pellets) for animal feeding.		Peanut The peanut production is totally destined to the shelling and blanching plants. From the farmerstock, we produce HPS peanut and blanched peanut, both types, mainly destined to the export. As by-product, we produce crushing stock that we trade with domestic oil factories.
Grains storage The Company is involved in the primary trading of grains, stocking up soybean, corn, sunflower and sorghum. Agrochemicals and seeds are also traded and technical advice is provided to farmers by highly-trained agronomists.		Farming The company plants peanut, soybean, corn, sunflower and sorghum on leased land through its sister Company, Nueva Bilbao. Peanuts are the main area in the total plantings. Gastaldi plants the different crops by its own or participates as partnership with peanut´s growers through its farm unit. This close relationship or association between Gastaldi and the growers ensure quality and traceability.
